I am not going to explain to you how the "game" is played. WS plays it very well, and retail buyers through the "wirehouses" are mindless. By the time things turn +, the biggest % move has already been made. Unless you are addressing this issue, you will be the happy owner of "off the shelve" stock... Have fun..
