The Proxy Statement included in Intel's 1997 Annual Report shows the "Security Ownership of Certain Beneficial Owners and Management" and will give you the number of shares of common stock beneficially owned at February 28, 1998 (page 17). You can see that the number of shares being sold is a fraction of the total amount any individual holds and that Yu, Otellini, and Parker received addiitional individual option grants in the last fiscal year, 224,000 to 232,000 each (page 15). The news you present is interesting but far from devastating. Check it out. I imagine you've sold off bigger percentages of your holdings at one time or another. dmf
