John, I have always thought that IBM could face a potential legal liability because of Y2K problems. After all, their Programers/Systems Reps instructed, wrote and installed many of the programs and application packages that contain the two digit date programming error. The way things have been going lately for Intel, and in today's government vs. corporate environment, if INTC were IBM, the government would be probably be going after them in an attempt to recover damages. Any thoughts? Jules
