Okay, I think it's fairly valued, Henry thinks its overvalued, and apparently a large group thinks its undervalued. I guess thats what makes markets? :-) We all are entitled to our opinions, and we are all right in our own minds. I personally am ready to let it drop as it is getting to contentious, and no one can actually prove that they are right or wrong anyway. So why doesnt everyone just agree with me, and then we can let it drop :-)
