MAY sounds about right for the upward push. I figure the price will start to drift higher once the SEC gives DEC permission to go ahead with their vote. And a stronger upward climb, once DEC shareholders OK the deal.

P.S. Thanks for providing all the useful inside info on Compaq. BTW, what are your reasons for selling Dell? Just curious? I have been buying both, with a slight bias towards CPQ sensing more upside potential.
