Haven't people been prosecuted for taking advantage of inside information? If Bramson buys 400,000 shares, then a week or a month later Ampex announces a major contract that causes AXC to double in price, he would have made alot of money knowing this announcement was in the works. The company I work for has very strict rules on when certain employees can trade shares of our stock. Obviously, Bramson and crew know what they are doing, but the purchases did raise the question in my mind of insider trading. --Wayne--
