It's not fixed yet...
Even discounting the more rabidly vengeful among us, it seems to me that when knowledgeable daytraders like B. Payne indicate their intent to leave Datek at least in part because they will not accept its 9:30-10/late afternoon performance, that amounts to a valid red flag.
Datek is, in my opinion, still too often slow and/or unreliable during these "prime times."
I know you are aware of this; thank you for addressing it, (I think it has been improved); I'm sure you can fix it.
Trading at other times, and everything else online, is working fine, for me, except for the annoyance of Hi-Lo and Gain-Loss columns that are too often unconnected to reality.
So, overall, I'm pleased. But best to fix things, I think, before you go public.
