Jim, U.S. prescriptions are not honored in Mexico, however one does not need a prescription to buy medication from a pharmacy in Mexico. In essence the pharmacies have cut out the middle man there. I don't know if Viagra has hit Mexico, however a lot of times they approve new medicines before the FDA. Terry,
