Fact??: Cowen and Volpe started selling BEFORE they issued their downgrade on CMND, based on their private post-CC conversations with the company. The stock opened down to the 5 area on massive selling. THEN the analyst downgrades came.

If this IS a fact, then Cowen/Volpe clearly traded illegally on insider information. Can someone confirm the timing of the
analysts' release? If the scenario holds, then the blame is not on
the naive/inexperienced company officers, but on Cowen/Volpe.
