:-( :-( :-( :-( Bloomberg News... The SEC said it sued SEXI and CEO Charles Huttoe, alleging that the company manipulated the pice of millions of common shares secretly distributed to family members. Alleges that Huttoe manipulated the price of the company by issuing false favorable information on SEXI and it's business. The agency filed a complaint & an appliation for a temporary restraining order in Wash D.D. federal court today. The complaint names Huttoe, SEXI, and 11 other people and affiliates. Company spokesperson Don Charapich said he wasn't aware of the suit and declined furter comment I typed this really fast soorry for any errors GOOD LUCK ALL :-( Brian
