No, not a threat within the next eight to ten years and maybe NEVER. Experts are undecided whether this is a good way to approach under 0.07æm lithography(which they also guess is around the limit).

Sounds like Lambda's PR machine is kicking into gear though.

BTW, unlike last Q, COHR did break out orders for photolithography. Had there been an improvement, I believe they would have reported it.
