Phil a low cost Mac may be AAPL's most effective sales tool

<<If it is e-commerce based , it leads to furthering of Jobs' concept of AAPL's consumer NC , creating a 5/11/98 topic . <----- It's likely. But I am not interested in NC concepts. >>

Wired's article relates a $500 Mac could reverse AAPL's declining market share :

wired.com

This week's promised Intuit - AAPL deal may introduce a web based financial application best suited for AAPL's NC/consumer Mac .

Regardless of the forthcoming new Intuit/AAPL relationship , Wired suggests the consumer Mac will "appear" at NYC's MacWorld this summer .

IMHO , options are tricky with a recovering standard bearer like AAPL where the news can be managed . You are a astute and diligent investor who can utilize options but I shy away from them as a rule .
