Nice analysis David. Does anybody know anything about Tzannes? Seems like he's the one who got AWRE into ADSL in the first place. Perhaps there was a difference of opinion on strategy within the ranks and Tzannes prevailed? I'm sure we'll figure this out soon. But it looks to me (from your analysis of the proxy) that Bender didn't want to leave - he'd lose 20% of his options vesting, among other things. The next question would be: Assuming Bender was asked to leave, is that a good or a bad sign? Was he somehow hindering the company's progress (kind of hard to believe after everything he appears to have done). If this were true, I would then commend AWRE for being a proactive company. AWRE's stock behavoir today was indeed strange at the close. Perhaps people got wind of the CNBC coverage and thought a bomb was going to drop or that CNBC would paint AWRE in a bad light?
