Didn't think you were hypeing. As an owner in this industry, the comments regarding the pit, structure, reserve valuation, and too cheap of purchase price, makes me wonder out loud in this time of agressive consolidation, why those already in the industry are letting reserves go without even an offer. It will be worthwhile to know this, which companies were contacted in that market area, to verify the information and better understand this transaction. Good luck! PS, what is the name of the bankrupt company? Has any one called them or their competitors to learn more about the bankruptcy?
