There is one thing we can probably be certain of. By the time the SEC gets through fining and collecting from all those found guilty, there will be none of the spoils left to be recouped for the share holders as a result of any class action suit. They will have been striped bare or as bare as possible long before we get there.

If a law firm representing share holders in a class action suit could get a freeze on any assets held by all those named and could stike first, there might be a possibility to raid the bastards cookie jar ahead of the SEC.

Seeing this coming the slime may have had time to hide most of the cookies.

Too bad some of the share holders were not Mafia. They would need to dreadge Huttoe and some others from the FL canals to try them. Maybe there is still time.
