Pappy I thought I read that some time ago, but I did not say anything about it. I was thinking perhaps there was something out there that nullified the statement. When you look at the recent court ruling against VISX, and combine it with the Lasik statement you mentioned, it looks like Visx may be putting out some big bucks. Not even a negative ruling by the FTC would allow VISX to escape paying the fees to PPP (and Summit). Pappy, do we have to say it again? " Summit has not lost a patent case yet - ever - at no time." Have you noticed that LCAV fights to stay above $3.00? If Visx has to kick in back royalties, and LCAV continues positive price fluctuations, guess what Summit will do with the cash? Maybe we underestimated those old heads running the company!
