Chuck I am interested in DBC On-line NOW that you've added Level II, but I have several issues and questions that your sales staff haven't a clue as to what I'm asking. Let me try here!
.
BTW I use Wall Street Access and I know they love your products! But without Level II -- I was never interested before.
.
QUESTIONS:
Does the Level II screen take a snapshot when I put in a ticker symbol? Or does it update DYNAMICALLY? If so, how often (how many seconds) does it update the screen?
.
Does Level II take my whole screen? OR can I have several stocks updating dynamically in separate Level II "windows"?
.
OTC-BB Bulletin Board. Now THIS question "no one" can answer consistently! DOES your $79 system provide real time OTCBB quotes? IF SO, do you provide JUST dynamically updating "inside quotes" OR does the user actually see EACH Market Maker's "name" "Bid" "Ask" and "Size"? (similar to NASDAQ Level II)
.
NQB-Pink Sheets. Does your system provide ANY information on these stocks? SOME have tickers (e.g. HOPR) and OTHERS do not have a ticker. IF SO, what can a user expect to see? i,e, JUST yesterday's close? or...???
.
I understand that the $79 system I see advertised in IBD is your generic system. But that through Wall Street Access I might get a modified version??? Is the modified version "better" or "stripped down"? WHAT specifically are the major differences?
.
Am I correct to understand that the ONLY difference between your $79 system and the $150 system is that for the extra $70 a month users get CBOE OPTION PRICES and COMMODITY FUTURES PRICES? Seems like A LOT to PAY for "just" getting CBOE stock option prices (who cares about futures) (g)
.
TIME OF SALES LOG - Does this get dynamically updated? Or is it a snap-shot? I think I read somewhere that you do NOT provide pre-market or after market trades??!! Please confirm WHAT a user might expect in this regard.
.
PRIOR day sales logs - Do you have them? How far back?
.
PRIOR day's summary trading "history" how many months/years do you maintain this type of data? Do you adjust for SPLITS?
.
Thanks for any ANSWERS you can give me!!!
.
Colin
