I spoke to Mary yesterday as well, and when I asked if a press release would be issued yesterday or today, she said IF a press release is issued, it will be announced through PR news. She sounded professional, but I do not know if she emphasized the "IF" or whether I am paranoid and am reading too much into it. By the way, fellow investors, if ESVS and NETZ are in "bed together", is the 4/30 deadline artificial at best, and could it not be adjusted if necessary? Or, do you view the 2 as still at arm's length without any definite commonality of interests? I do not see the separation, or the critical importance of the 4/30 deadline (other than it was touted in a press release), but perhaps I am missing something.
