But is there time, the competition continues to make strides while we fight lawsuits? Do you have any insight into the level of isolation between the management and the technical/marketing staff over the last several months? Is productive work moving forward at a reasonable pace over and above these very distressing distractions? Do the employees value job security? Will they leave and go elsewhere if they feel threatened? CathyC, PLEASE help us gain some insight here!
