re: excessive credit: bet her APR was horrendous, too. My "bubble" clue=no hassle 125% home loans currently being pushed. Having just refi'd prior to listing our home for sale, our MB told us that those goofy loans promos had just now gone to 135% and the entry level had dropped to those who had zero classification re: income/bad credit/and horrendous %s of debts to assets. Our stk mkt is telegraphing bubble allright.
