I talked to Smith Barney again this morning, and it is definitely restricted. They don't know anything as to why, but the guy I spoke with said it is usually money and banking related! You can still buy and sell the stock through them, but they can't comment on it.

News we don't know of yet is why the stock is going down...not for the bad, but for the good!
