If not I.B.M. then who? Here you have a company with 22.6 million in the bank, no debt and supposedly a decent product. This translates into roughly $ 1.40 / share with a closing price today of $2.31, theoretically someone could buy this company for approx $ 11 million, using the company's own money. How about a lot more advertising and self promotion. Cisco Systems seems to be making lots of money, why not Proteon? Maybe there should be a shake up at the senior level.
