Richard, who cares what Buffalo is worth. The point of this whole deal was to

ASSUME THE INFRASTRUCTURE OF A REPORTING COMPANY.

Buffalo may be schlock. Who cares. They are a fully reporting company,. They won't have a say in the matter of the future because the news release clearly states that Buffalo will only retain 5 %!!!

These types of deals are often done to instantly repeat instantly acquire reporting status. To do them cheap, you WANT to find a company with no money.

When it comes to voting on name changes, corporate direction, OUR 95% will overwhelm their 5%. Buffalo has de facto sold themselves and THEIR FULLY REPORTING STATUS for the 5% interest in what will still effectively be, CSMA.
