<< How is this deal too good to be real?>> It is real. Earnings consistently growing at 35%+ for the last 5 years. Nice 4% dividend yield. Diversified and expanding customer base. P/E of about 6x 1998 earnings. No hidden problems anyone has been able to spot. Dennis
