Tom,

I agree with you that this thing is in the toilet, but from a valuation level, they are trading at 50%+/- of this year's projected sales. Management believes that they may be able to do north of $50mm in sales for fiscal 98 which starts in April. If that's the case, you would think that there's got to be some upside at these levels.

Also, what CD Duplication companies are you thinking of? Are they public, and is their primary business CD duplication? Any advice would be appreciated.
