This is interesting Viktor. Recently I was part of an after dinner conversation where this eventuality was discussed. I just happened to be at this affair as someone's dinner companion, and the talk turned from investments to what someone referred to as the eventual Y2K emergency that would require the government to "nationalize" companies like Keane and Tava(these were the companies actually mentioned)The term "nationalize" was used in the same sense that FDR enlisted industry for the emergency status of the war effort. In other words, there would come a time when government would seek to establish priorities for the work of Y2K companies.
