All I can say is, there is an old rule about volume preceding price and I sure hope it applies in this situation.

Actually, since it hasn't crashed to 5, I think this will turn out very well. When somebody (even an insider) wants to sell 550,000 shares and an institution is right there to pick them up, that's a very bullish scenario IMHO. And it looks like something like that just happened. It just scares the daylights out of you until the stock goes up on normal volume afterwards.
