Always keep in mind, when you're at the point of absolutely, positively, without a doubt going to sell NOW, NOW is the lowest it's going to go before it goes back up.

Learned this lesson over the past few years at a very expensive tuition rate. If you're gonna sell, make a plan and "just do it."
