Howard, I spoke to Mark twice last week and concur he is a straight shooter. Based on my discussions with him I am very comfortable with where we stand. However, it has been my experience that when he mentions the TX negotiations he always refers to them as being in "advanced stages", which was not mentioned in your post. Ergo, your post led me to believe you were speaking with someone other than Mark (and was curious as to who that might be) and why "negotiations are proceeding" rather than "advanced stages" was not mentioned. I simply asked if that was a quote or your interpretation of what was said. Any one who has negotiated contracts knows that there is a significant implied difference between the phrases "negotiations are proceeding" and "advanced stage of negotiations". More than anything, my conversations with Mark dealt with semantics and my interpretation of what "advanced stages" means vs. his/RNTK's. Unless we ask for an interpretation of their meaning, we are left to speculate. I've got too much invested here to leave it to speculation. <<Steve, yes I could share who I talked with at RNTK, but......>> I asked what I thought were two fairly simple questions about your conversation with RNTK - you've answered neither.
