As you may know Windows98 integrates the desktop with explorer so the distinction between the local disk and the web will be blurred in a "GUINET". Rumor has it that Start.com goes fully online the day Windows98 is launched which is currently scheduled for the last week in June. The advertising is likely to feature both. It seems that not only will explorer be the default browser (since its basically part of Windows98) but Start.com will be the default web site.
