Mike, re: nothing new, I have to disagree. Logically the proportions of the fraud detailed even in the vague terms of today's release is such that there is a clear conspiracy to defraud the stockholders, and naming names. (or at least some of them) The ONLY really joyous thing to me is to see SGA and Shannon Terry NAMED specifically in all of this. I think back on the day he contacted me over the commments in the "Life beyond SGA" thread....he asked ME how to better cover the stock. I said, don't hype it so much, to which he offered as to how he did not agree with the extent of the coverage, that he indeed felt it was too much, but that this was HIS assignment to cover (implying that he was TOLD what to write and how much) Obviously he is just another one of many lying bastards in the whole CON. His name on the REG-S and today's announcement is PROOF that he is a liar....and here I am STILL giving the sorry bastard the benefit of the doubt because he "seemed like an OK guy" on the phone. Bullshit....damn I hate seeing honest people get conned (that includes me)
