Where have I been? Certainly not on this rag board. Exactly what did you expect to come out of this? An indictment against Huttoe, his family, his companies and other promoters. At this point I don't think the mention of Systems of Excellence is all that serious. Did you see Ken Walther's name mentioned? No. How about Jerry Thornthwaite, Dick Yoder, Fred Raumer, Jay Sanders, Al Bindi, Dave Bruggeman, Maria Iacovelli, Tom Clines? They got shares. No mention of them in this "indictment". Face the facts, the Virginia office is clean. Huttoe and phantom investment companies, as well as a couple of promoters who the SEC has long sought are getting nailed. I told you people to look into Word Corp. You also notice no mention of any other promoters, or any brokerage firms. There are plenty of villains, but it looks like the SEC is quite satisfied with Huttoe. Let's face it, Huttoe was associated with Systems of Excellence. It had to be mentioned.

The companies involved with SEXI won't announce anything until this SEC thing is behind them. CathyC, I agree, this is the first step.
Sue, sue, sue, that's all people want to do. How typically American. Give it some time and relax. Suing may make you feel good, but it just ensures you're money will never be seen again. I may be the only optimist, but I think the self-pity is premature at this point. This ain't no three-hour tour, this is a cruise that will take us to the nice calm waters outside Rio.
