Re Bender's leaving, purchasing company's management sometimes want their own hand-picked people, and sometimes people don't want to stay and be governed by purchasing company's management. What concerns me more than Bender leaving is all the insider selling and planned selling that has and is taking place. Anyone care to conjecture as to why this is happening, if indeed the company is being sold for a higher price?
