PuddleGlum; RE:" Options Shenanigans "

some $$$. I typically place limit orders for stocks, and since options
are much more volatile I ALWAYS place limit orders. Much to my
dismay, I placed an order for TQEGE at $2 when the ask was $2.
My order was not executed, and last I checked the ask was 2 7/16.
These guys moved their prices in response to a simple order for 10
contracts!

Yeah man - that's happened to me, too. Yesterday they split a MKT order to sell 20 contracts and gave me 5 at X-1/8 and 15 at X-3/8.

I got burned so many times on OEX "slippage", I stopped trading them altogether. I now just buy into weakness and sell into strength, @ MKT.

Good luck to you, man!
