The bankruptcy is taking place now. Creditors are getting the notices from the court at this time. All the original investors are getting the notices...of course they are unsecured so they lose it all. I know four people that lost well over $500,000 between them. The Lents/Kelman team was good at what they did. They could lie and smile at the same time.
