Coincidently, I just got my investor package yesterday. It is hard to tell what happened as the third quarter isn't broken out separately (it is listed as the full nine months). Their revenues seem to be up.

It looks like they are paying their debt down, though.

I seem to remember the number of preferred shares was listed in the offering which was included in the investor's package. (I don't have it in front of me.)
