I did discover significant pricing differences in the "local loop" charges from our 3 CLECs from $85-230 per mo. Anticipating significant price drop on ANC>SEA when MCI turns up the new subsea fiber in September with 8X capacity of present ATT fiber. Every year or so, the cable breaks and everything is back on the satellite with 1200-1500ms pings. Consider yourself lucky !

The ISDN to frame scenario might be competitive in some areas, has some advantages as Spots pointed out, unsure of Cyber compatability, might do a Cyber tech check first.
