D means "new" shares, as opposed to "old," pre-split stock. In this case IECS did a two for three reverse split, which is effective today. Hence the "D," which you and I both have seen with another stock. I think this company has a bit more promise at the moment than that other seems to be showing right now. Cheers! Rick
