I believe that events are pointing to the soon return of Yeshua.
First, I see a beginning of falling away from historic Christianity with the advent of faith teachers, and also the emphasis on experience in movements like Toronto, and Pensecola Fl. I am always suspicious of any new movements since the truth was delivered once for all. Jud 1:3 Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort [you] that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints. Whatever causes the falling away will be something new and will be deception. 2Th 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for [that day shall not come], except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 2Ti 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; 2Ti 4:4 And they shall turn away [their] ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables
I also see the time of the gentiles coming to a close because Israel is no longer under gentile control, and G-d is calling the Jewish people back to him in droves. Luk 21:24 And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.
I believe that all Christians need to Pray. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem, that G-d's will be done, and also that all that will come will do so soon. I feel an urgent need to snatch as many out of the fire as I can, and to do so with gentleness, love and respect.
1Ti 2:1 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, [and] giving of thanks, be made for all men;1Ti 2:2 For kings, and [for] all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and 1Ti 2:3 For this [is] good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; 1Ti 2:4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. 1Ti 2:5 For [there is] one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; 1Ti 2:6 Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.
I hope this makes sense, sometimes with such a big question like What's happening? I can have a tendency to ramble.
