Bob, I got a call yesterday from AMZN's finance dep't stating that the prospectus would be put online on Edgar. I looked all afternoon and this morning for it. Nothing. I called AMZN finance this morning and was told that the only thing that will be put online on Edgar for the time being is the 8-K that contains the press release. I tried to pressure, stating that the terms of the prospectus were quite important. Such as the face amount, the interest rate, convertibility, etc. I was told that this information would be filed on Edgar "in pieces" as the loan was placed. I also was told that this could take several months. In other words, nothing will be filed until someone actually subscribes. We won't know the terms until then. Gary Korn
