Tim:ÿÿÿÿÿ Taylor called me back with the following quote: ÿ The shares are "...restricted by SEC holding. They can't be sold until one year from mid-Sept. '97." This, I guess, is from the time of the merger with the public shell and seems like a pretty typical situation, as I hold similarly restricted shares in some new public companies. She also said that after the restricted period, only "...one person can sell each 90 days." Others on the thread can probably quote chapter and verse re: these types of share restrictions. It all sounds pretty straight forward to me. Hope this clears up some concern.
