I would be overweighting drillers below 110 and selling them hard above 118 on the OSX. but that is a short term trading mentality and like I said, it will probably cause me to miss the breakout when it does occur. Or worse yet be short. Look at the OSX now. broke under 116 and heading down. I don't see the close over 118 today.
