Captain, "Sue, sue, sue that's all people want to do." Is this a new Sheryl Crow ditty? Yes we americans have developed a lottery mentality. Litigation certainly feeds this and I see it all the time in my line of work. I have to buy Insurance coverage for everything I do. The basic insurances plus; malpractice, extra on cars, extra on house for injury on premises, disability, and the new capitation insurance (to cover you if an MD goes over their alotted amount from health insurance providers for services rendered). PS. I'm still optimistic, but long(er) than I want to be and it's my own damn fault. I'll have my marg. on the rocks with salt please. Could I get an upgrade on my room? I think were taking on some water in the aft hold and someone keeps moaning in the suite across the hall. Who keeps howling at the moon? Why does the passenger list keep changing? Why are the shufflboards closed for repair? I think Hubert's O'Henrys are still floating in the pool but they do provide some nutritional value if wrapped in DVTCS/SEXI paper. These are high fat and high calorie however, and the surgeon general states that they are known to cause teratogenic defects. Please enjoy the appetizers, we will have plenty for the trip and complimentary trays when our final destination has been reached. Can we have National Lampoon help write the book?
