Well in terms of the DEC merger:
Well the FTC needs to give approval. Once it does DEC holders should approve the merger within 30 days (according to rudedog) if they move swiftly. When will the FTC give approval...hopefully, soon. As you probably know the merger already has European approval.

In terms of the inventory, Pfeiffer seemed pretty confidant that the inventory would be reduced by the end of this quarter. If it isn't...he'll look like a damn fool given what he said yesterday. Given this...I think word should get around by mid to late may that the inventory reduction is going well. Furthermore by that time, the DEC merger should be almost a forgone conclusion. Thus, I think in mAY we should see a nice rise in CPQ given that is market doesn't tank or any unexpected negative CPQ news doesn't appear.

I think CPQ should be hitting new highs by FALL.
