Reorganization announcement soon?

I own a few shares of MOT that I bought when rumors of Motorola's imminent internal reorganization first surfaced in the WSJ.

I am sitting on a small loss waiting for the official announcement so that I can get rid of this dog (I've come to doubt that the grandkid CEO can turn the company around any time soon).

Does anyone know when the reorganization will be officially announced?
