Hi John: Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't David House receive 2,000,000 shares of BAY stock outright (or where they options?), with certain contingencies attached like duration of his stay, financial performance, etc.? My guess is the BAY Board of Directors made a similar offer to Dave Shrigley, although probably fewer shares. I wonder if INTC has any other "Daves" they want to send over to BAY? Like you said..."Not bad work if you can get it!" Nice move today, up 1 point. I can't recall the last time BAY was up a point in one session. Regards, Jack
