JTS just filed an NT-10K. NT as in (NOT TIMELY).

Here is the part relating why they cannot get their 10-K out on time:

PART III -- NARRATIVE

State below in reasonable detail the reasons why Forms 10-K, 20-F, 
11-K, 10-Q, N-SAR, or the transition report or portion thereof, could 
not be filed within the prescribed time period. 

The Company's Chief Financial Officer has been traveling extensively 
for business purposes and is unavailable to assist in the preparation 
of the subject report.
