You have to rollover to a rollover IRA then convert into ROTH ( I think the account is called Conversion ROTH IRA as opposed to Contributory ROTH IRA). I think it is a good thing to do if you think u will in higher tax bracket in the future. Also who knows may be the govt will raise the tax bracket in the future.... Good luck.
