All,
Finally talked to Joe. He said we should be seeing a news release by Mon. Gee, I've heard that somewhere before. There will be 51,000,000 shares out, but the float will stay the same. New investor will own 64% at .83 cdn, and they are still looking to spin off a new co. Bankers and new investor are the ones holding it up. He said, "thats his story and he's stickin to it".
