Could it be that the Smith Barney thing this am has something to do with a non-dilutive, financing arrangement?

If that does happen, and I KNOW NOTHING, really, what will happen to the share price upon announcement?

And curiously the creep shows up again at about the same time as yesterday. Right on schedule to start the scare tactics again.
